IRCS TNB has been imparting short term (six months) Nurse Aide Training Courses to the economically downtrodden slum girls for the past 16 years.
Overview
The Training Programme has been supporting by Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, Chennai. Under this Training Programme so far 1000 slum girls were benefitted.
One year Diploma in Health Assistant Course has been conducting since 2011. The said course was sanctioned by Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai.

Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation have sanctioned to impart Nurse Aide training course (75 days) through Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, Chennai to IRCS TNB.
